The old coolant into the exhaust manifold trick

I have seen a few headgaskets go, but never this much coolant into the exhaust. It was a catostrophic blow out. No warning signs, jus a light tick 100 yards from the smoke out. No milkshake oil last time it was driven approx 4days prior.

You guys think it is more indicative of a cracked head/block?

I will not have time to look at it for a good two-three weeks, but a little speculation as to what i am going to see would be nice.

no rod knock, no obvious damage, engine is not locked up.
