That is so sweet, and if you don't post the price you paid I think a few of us are ready to drive out there, beat you senseless, and take your ride. I saw some total pieces of crap '85 4runners out here in WA that were going for 4-5 grand....

Also, fellas stop hounding him about the price. Some people like to keep that to themselves. Appreciate it for what it is!

I actually bought the truck without even driving it. It was too beautiful to think that it wasnt in perfect condition. I got the title at 3:00 but had to wait till 4:00 for the husband to come home and give me the key. Well a guy showed up really pissed off when he found out that I outbid him w/o knowing. He thought he had a verbal agreement for X amount of money. They guy started yelling and saying that he is going to sue the people that sold it to me and a bunch of crap. I thought he was going to start throwing punches or ram his car into the 4Runner. He was ticked off! Nevertheless, ITS ALL MINE!!!!!!!!!! I almost said to him though....$10k and it's yours.
BTW...I just got back from an hour long drive in it...ITS PERRRRRFECT. Drives like a dream. Soooo smoothe. I am soooo freaking happy I bought it.

That is the nicest 85 runner I've seen, at least stock and original. My friend found this 84(the blue one, red is mine) 2 yrs ago with 2,000 original miles.

Dude, I saw that at Autozone on Big Bend 2 weeks ago and nearly pooped myself! I couldn't believe how clean it was. I got the dude's number and everything but I'm in no position to buy another 4Runner as I have 2 already and the wife isn't fond of either one

I poked my head into it and it is as clean if not cleaner than the pics indicate. I told the dude he could get whatever he wanted for it! Nice truck though. If it were mine I'd be afraid to take it off road
