I am about to redo my rear suspension and have been looking at the different leaf spring available.

I have an 1985 runner with an Eco cage so I'm concerned about the springs sagging over time. But at the same time I want soft springs as my runner is an off-road only truck.

I would appreciate some long term reviews of some after market spring people have run.

A friend of mine said he ran atlas springs and they were awesome but they are 2x the cost of TG sprigs. Don't really mind spending the extra but don't want to waste money either.

I'd run either TG or All-pro springs, everyone seems to be happy going this route, unless your going to coils

All pro's don't react well to a lot of weight, what so ever. with that being said, I have trail gears up front, and soon to have all pros in the rear. front has the v6, a winch, and bumper. and the rear will soon have a soft top w/ a tire carrier.

Worried the extra weight will make them sag much to quickly.....

I've enjoyed the Allpro springs but honestly liked buddy with chevies. But we had two different set ups.

I have a rear sag but only because a did rear years prior to SAS so went with 4" springs.

Sounds to me like you may want to contact a company like Deaver or National spring and have custom packs built.

If I redo the rear on my truck I'll get rid of the allpro springs and go to 63"chevy springs.
The all pros are good but don't flex real well especially compared to a Chevy or hybrid pack.

Well 63s are a great budget option , and work well for a budget leaf pack. . I've done the swap multiple times for buddies as well as on my current rig. They ride nice , handle weight , they have good uptravel but really weak droop ( down travel ). I took a pair off 63s of a buddies truck and put in f150s and they were noticeably better all around spring.
Although my 63s perform well , one day I'll get around to swapping out my 63s for a better leaf pack.
