gauges fuse burning

Howzit,everybody having trouble with my 95 toyota 4runner 3.0 my gauges fuse keep blowing at first it would blow every other day but it just kept on getting worse now as soon as i start it up it blows seems like it could be a ground but where do i start looking any help would be greatly appropriated much mahalo HAWAII GUY

I had a short in the tail light harness the caused this with my '86.

This sounds wierd, but my reverse light sensor (on the side of the transmission) was shorting out and blowing my fuse. I ended up pulling it out, and wiring the reverse lights to a toggle. That solved my problem.

I just had the same problem the other day... all I had to do was replace the negative battery cable. No more blown fuses.
