G54 to W56-C question

Hey guys,
I have an 85 pickup that came with the g54 trans and I am replacing it with a w56 C (both are forward shifts). I did not see the way the w56 was installed and I am unsure of the throwout bearing/ shift fork/sleeve etc. set up. the auto parts store pulls up different throw out bearings and I want to make sure I get this thing put in correct.

if anybody can help me out I'd appreciate it especially if there's a link with pictures somewhere that would help out a lot as well thanks
