engine problem

I got some things that i need help to figure out whats wrong here we go

cranks but doesnt start, getting fuel to the carb , have a newer stock carb on there, no signs of a vacuum leak. and is timing maybe the issue as well I compression tested it and they where about 120- 135 psi so lower than normal though maybe its to low maybe need a rebuilt or what. Any ideas

Year/make/model? If no spark you need to look at your ignition system Check coil and ignitor(If applicable) For proper resistance, if its any bit out of spec its bad. Spark coming from coil? Check Distributor. Alt good? If does end up having spark try starting it with carb cleaner in the carbs intake.
