In dire need of help
I have a 85 Toyota Pickup with the 22r motor and its pouring oil out of the timing cover. I've read the forums and it could be a number of things. I was hoping to get it done this weekend with the help of you guys. What all is involved and can I handle this myself. I would like to save my money and have the feeling of accomplishment that I fixed my truck and not some mechanic.
Thanks |

The bottom near the crankshaft. I can see it gushing out of the bolt.

Here is a link to online Toyota Service manuals:
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/index.html the first one is a 58Mb down load that starts with 85-94 Trucks, you should be able to find the timing cover cover procedure in there..
