Big trouble, cracked hub body, can I buy parts anywhere, or just whole replacement?

I would check with Marlin.
I know he sells the stock hubs, he may hook you up(He is known to do that) and sell you just the piece you need. |

Might depend on the damage you have and what actually caused it in the first place.
I ran that outer section for a couple years with only 5 bolts because one stripped out. Perhaps you are still ok? I think a majority of the load is rotational twisting, not outward pressure that would depend on the bolts. Ultimately replacement is going to be the best thing to do... but you might be all right for a while. In the meantime, check local salvage yards or want ads for hubs and related.

Yeah I think I'm just going to repair as best as possible and call it a day. Someday if I put the axles and drivetrain in my Granpa's '57 Jeep I'll replace it.

Your hub is an Aisin Seiki manual hub. They manufactured locking hubs for Suzuki, Isuzu, Mitsubishi as well as Toyota.
While the axle diameter and spline count varies by make and model most of the parts are interchangeable. This includes your hub dial. Instead of spending $$ for a replacement hub you can probably repair yours with a dial from another make vehicle. I have not run anything besides my original Toyota hubs which I rebuilt last year, but I have assembled a few combo hubs in my garage and they seem to work ok. Heres a good article on Aisin hubs http://www.off-road.com/offroad/Edit.../detail/399668 Hub Dials front Hub Dials Back Toyota and Suzuki clutches Toyota and Suzuki springs Good luck.
