Bench Seat?

Just picked up an 85 22R truck with 160k on it. Looking to swap the bench seat because it's worn out and killing my back after an hour drive. I see the bench seats out of toyota trucks up to 95 are a direct fit. I'm going to go looking for a seat this weekend, my question is since it's a direct fit can i just use the seat rails already installed in my truck and just install the new bench seat on the existing rails or do I also need to grab the seat rails from the donor truck.

Never done any work with seats before so this is all new to me, I have to stick with a bench as I need 3 seats and am probably going to avoid a 60/40 on the chance that I come across one as I really just want a quick swap. Other than that love the new truck.
Also I'm assuming I'm good to just use the seat belts that already came with the truck right?

Having swapped from a bench to bucket seats I can tell you that you should only have to unbolt 4 bolts in your cab. no messing with rails or anything like that.

Also I would climb a mountain of bench seats to get to one set of buckets. The bench seat made my truck feel like it handled horribly and when I swap to buckets if felt like I just dropped $1,000 on the suspension

Cool, I'm going to hit the junkyards this weekend. Much rather have buckets but need to be able to get 2 kids in the car so no go.

I got a line on a 99 tacoma bench seat, any chance of that being a direct swap or something easy to do? Seat looks almost identical but I have no idea if it uses the same 4 mounting bolts, if the seat will fit on the rails or if I need to do something about seat belts also.

Anybody know about the 99 Tacoma seat. I hit some junkyard today and couldn't find anything. Going to try again tomorrow but apparently there's not a lot of these trucks in the yards around me.
