85 pu lift problem
my 85pu has original springs and shocks, its a 4wd. needless to say the suspension has seen better days. im looking into putting a new suspenstion in it but i have this problem. since the springs are sagging i dunno how much the truck is sagging. so i need new springs to put it into its stock height. so i cant get new shocks either cuz i cant get numbers of travel and all that cuz if i get the numbers as is then put new springs in then the shocks will be wrong. do you fallow me still? lol. so if i could find stock replacement srpings i could then find out if i even want to lift it any more and then get the right numbers for my shocks, but i cant find replacemnt springs that are stock anywhere.. im looking at procomp srings and bilstein 5125 shocks. any ideas to get around this probelm without buying two sets of shocks and springs? im a poor college student
