I put a 22r in my 85 ExtraCab last June and for break in I used straight 30 wt. I changed the oil & filter 3 times in 500 miles then switched to regular dino 10w40 after 500 miles and still change my oil too much.
Use what ever oil you feel comfortable with, I use semi cheap stuff because I change it a lot.

Hahaha, I like how they worded everything to make you think they actually respect you.

Oil changes make engines last a lot of miles.

Take what they say in that link about oil to heart, it is a wise thing to do.

Are you implying that they don't respect customers? I honestly don't know. I read some good things about them and was going to use them for my eventual engine replacement.

I have no personal experience with them, my words are pessimistic at best because I trust no business to be honest or trustworthy. Honesty does not enhance their bottom line and the bottom line is all that matters.
If you feel comfortable with them then by all means, do business with them.
I have a local engine builder I found on eBay and now get even better than eBay prices because I am a repeat customer.
When I need a Toyota long block, I goto Compton, Los Angeles, CA.

Engine break in is different for engines, race, crawler, daily driver etc...

Drive it around with a few good heavy throttle runs and change the oil and a filter after 500 or so miles then go to normal maintenance schedule.
