Got a deal on some 33x12.5x15s and I just bought a rough country 3inch suspension lift. Do I need to do anything with stock steering? Keyword is "need". Truck will not be a daily driver...more hunting and romping around the farm than anything else.

Pirate would have berated you a bit more IMO.
No, you won't need to do anything. I would guess my truck is 4" or so on 33's, stock steering. Drive it 'til it breaks, as it probably will if you do anything too crazy. Mine has survived driving, mudding, and snow wheeling, but I'm sure with rock climbing and any significant wheel drops/bounces, it will cave under pressure.
