`22RE got wet and won't run right now

My 85 4Runner got hydrolocked we took the spark plugs and cranked it until there was no water coming out of the cylinders, took of the distributor and dried it, took off the tps and dried it, took off the mas airflow sensor and dried it now the engine runs but it hesitates to accelerate and just does not run right, any suggestions as to what it could be, or what I should do. I do have some oil leakage towards the back of the heads that was previously not there could it be possibly a bad head?

I would do a resistance check on the coil and plug wires and make sure they are seated good. Really not an easy check to see if the Igniter is good. Any vacuum leaks? Might run a compression test and see if the numbers are all similar just to make sure there is no cylinder damage such as a bent rod if you locked it up. Alternator putting out 14 volts at the battery when idling?

Okay I'll check that out, I did do a compression check and cylinder 3 was down 20 psi from the rest of them, could that be a bent connector rod?
