I've never heard anything good about Pro-Comp myself. Skyjacker does make a 3" lift spring if you're set on using the stock hangers. If you're up for some fab work, Trail Gear makes 3" springs.

I can tell you right now from my truck with the 4" Procomp lift you're not going to get a whole lot of flex out of them. Could be other factors regarding how my truck is set up... but you can see from the pic I have with the back passenger wheel in the air that there isn't much give. Once again could definately be other factors on how its set up... Just a newb here offering my 2cents.

im not looking for too much flex, i wont be crawlin so much. more of a baja runner and dune runner.. so flex isnt a big factor...

actually, flex is important on a baja setup too. if the springs are too stiff, you'll bounce over the whoops instead of letting the springs absorb them.
instead of springs, you might check into extended rear shackles.

go look at 4wheelparts.com and search. they may have something.
I picked up a set of 4" procomps for my runner for 100 each. they might have something your size.
