Weber jet size for 20R?
Hey everyone, just yanked off the stock carb from my 80. I was tired of 12 MPG in town and 10 on the highway. Over about 1/2 throttle when accelerating it would just spit and spudder and 0-60 was 27 seconds.
I have 2 weber 32/36's that I bought for $40 on a Z intake and had them on my 260z for a while until i put a 4 barrel on it. I have never had them apart, so i took them apart and cleaned them. Not much cleaning needed to be done. Bowl was clean, passages clean, ect.
Installed it with the redline kit (Heard bad things about them but it seems to be working pretty good) and WOW, the sound and increase in acceleration are amazing.
It needs some tuning though. A little touchy off of idle until its warmed up good, and when I floor it and get it into the secondary it pours quite a bit of black smoke. I assume I need to rejet it, but what do yall think?
What would you suggest, and those running Weber's, what size jets are you running?
Thank you!

Ok, a little more info. Truck is a stock 20R with what I assume is 270k (and possibly more..). It burns some oil and isn't the tightest engine in the world but it runs, lol.
I haven't taken the one apart on the truck to see what jets are in it, but I assume the other carb that it was running along side has the same jets. I don't know which are the idle and secondary jets or anything, but here's what I've got
160/175
130/155 (Ones down in the bowl of the carb)
The truck is lean at idle and really rich when into the secondaries.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
