Tune up blues

the truck was running fine, and then came the minor tune up consisting of new spark plugs, plug cables, and cap and rotter. Now shes is running a little hard with a minor studder only when cold.
i am thinking maybe a bad plug, but not sure where to start my trouble shooting.
thanks in advance...Rick

What type of plug did you use? From what i gather, the oem ngk or denso plugs are the best

Could be a carb problem but I'd look other places first.

Fuel Filter?
Timing?
Air Cleaner?

Seems like your symptoms are related to the tune-up, but sometimes things just happen at convenient times
