An anti-sway bar is not gunna make you wander. Anti-sway bars help keep body roll down when cornering. You probably want to get an alignment and check your front brakes.

Yeah you need an alignment, its easy to do yourself its easy with a straight axle, just use a tape measure. Bring the fronts together about 1/4"
Yes your truck did come with a sway bar but it doesnt really do anything, your old springs get tired and stiffen up and give the same effect

By adjusting i assume you mean reindexing...?

well when i driv feels like the front end is floaten. and theres sum play in the steering when i'm park and turn the wheel

check your knuckles make sure there not loose and your wheel bearings... make sure the preload is right

Check balljoints, though it could be your gearbox.
Take it to an alignment shop.
