swapping the 22r carb onto the 20r

i got the plate and everything from lc but ive heard you have to mess with the linkage? and ive seen something else about taking the fuel pump or something off and blocking it? anyone know of a web page that explains top to bottom on how to fully swap it.....im limited to how much i can search since i use my cell phone for the internet. the carb is off a 82 22r and the manifold is off a 70s 20r and im also missing some of the linkage to make it that much easyer.

You just need the linkage from the 22r carb... and that bolts to the 20r. Only 1 bolt of 2 line up on the intake manifold but just snug it tight and its fine. How mine has been with no problems.

For the fuel pump you either have an electric or mechanical. If its electric then you need a blockoff plate on the 20r head where the mechanical pump would be.
