ok i got it to work better. i went to the auto store and bought a trailer converter (used to wire up a 4 wire trailer plug) and wired my lights using it. now everything works but my hazerds. i'm going to go back to the store to make sure the converter sopported hazerd lights and get a new onr if not.
but it was an easy fix for anyone else looking to change your lights. just had to mount the box and hook up the 5 wires from the truck and then the 4 wires to the lights
