I've been carry around 2 sheets that are 4'x4' for years, I don't remember how much I paid wasn't much, I think I got them from a metal recycler and paid by the pound for them.

A good way to reduce road/wind noise is the cover the backside of your door panels with Peel n' Seal (available at Lowe's for $17 a roll, good enough for both doors and then some.)
