I previously had to replace my last driver door from bangin it up 4-wheeling, to where my window wouldnt roll down, so i solved this by replacing my door. Then come to find out there is no mechanism inside for me to attach the window to. I then go down and buy the part, only its for an '83, which the guy told me it is the same part and shouldnt matter. I am assuming this is right since it looked just like my other one. Anyways when i bolt it up i have a problem where it can only crank half the way down before it catches the bar inside and stops. Also do not know how to attach this part to the window itself. Any help would be appreciated for this newbie =).



EDIT - what a headache, turns out the theif of a junkyard made me pay 40 bucks for the passenger side and wrote driver side on it. what a joke, and doubt theres any luck of me finding another one anywhere in the area. /sigh
