FS: ARB locker in VA

i have an RD23 locker, fits toyota 8", came out of a V6 2001 4runner, unknown milage, was in the vehicle for 3 years( so i was told). still in third member, busted pinion bearing needs replacement. Locker operates just fine, no damage to it. Comes with third member, compressor, tubing, wiring harness, everything you need to lock your toyota.
Prefer not to ship.
