I'm looking for the parts necessary to convert my truck to power steering. It's for an '82 4x4. This means the pulley, pump, reservoir, steer gearbox, bracket, hoses, all from a 4x4. On the bracket, I am fairly sure it was the bracket for the box that a member of the forums discovered had just significantly different enough holes on his '83 so that earlier model brackets would not fit. This means I would want the bracket to come from an '82 or earlier. If I have to get that from a third source, that'll be fine. The bracket in question is something that appears to have mounting flanges 90 degrees from each other, leading me to believe that this is the plate the steering box sits on.

Does anyone know if any of the '86 era steering stuff will work? I thought maybe minus the steering gear box. Some nice guy here offered to sell the whole steering kit off his '86, which would be convenient even if I had to just go get the box. I know i've read only '85 and earlier will work, but I don't know which parts that applies to, or if all of them.
