Alltrac - hah, I responded to your other post about mileage...anyway, yes this diff will fit your truck. As for the ADD, you can either swap the long side over from your diff onto this one, or you can just find a way to lock the shaft all the time which is what I did on my truck. I believe I have seen where people use a hose clamp, but I removed a plug and put a small metal rod into the shift detent and put the plug back in.
