4Runner OEM 5 Star Wheels (99+) (In NYC, VA, WV, PA, MD, DC area)

I'd like to buy or trade for a set of 5 star wheels like this:

If they have some 265/75-16 AT tires already mounted, that would be even better.

I have a set of these in great shape that I'd like to trade. They currently have mounted a set of 265/70-16 Yokohama Geolander AT-S with plenty of tread left:

I'm in Winchester, VA right now, but I'll be moving to NYC in February, and I could meet anywhere between here and there or near the DC area.
