I want these for my 85 but I also want to just run 33's. How well did your first gen steer with them on?

Surprisingly they did great, even with the locker. No difference from the 33"s. They key is they're only 12.5 wide... makes them extremely managable for both the steering system and from a clearance standpoint.

Ah nice, I just realized why you needed 16" rims... for the FZJ80! I love those trucks. Do you have any pics of it? Maybe in another thread or board you could point me to? I got a buddy building one up, on 33's atm also. Thanks!

Sorry for the hi-jack! I would be on these so fast if I were closer. Its a good deal for whoever ends up with them. So here is a bump for ya!

I do still have them. I can check on shipping, but I'm going to go ahead and fathom that I doubt it would be cheap, they're heavy. according to tirerack.com the tires weigh 67lbs each. add the weight for the rims, I would guess around 77lbs each... using that weight with the size, and not counting shipping the spare rim, according to UPS.com that puts the shipping at $530. Even if I drop the weight to 67lbs, at 38x14x38 inches ups quotes the price still at $530.
