Tube bumper/Skid Plate for... um... truck?

Have this front bumper and skid plate that I took in trade from a buddy of mine for 4 bald tires that I needed to get rid of. He has been no help in terms of giving me info about what truck this was made for (I already asked him where did he get it from, he doesn't since he has a work yard full of random parts). I think it's for a Ranger but can't be sure. Anyway I figured I'd put it up here for 2 reasons;

A. Does anyone want it? (Thinking around $300.00)
B. Does anyone recognize the mounts for what this should go on?

Im looking for a bumper JUST like this but cant anything, and i was wondering do you think this could be fabed to fit a 95 4runner by any chance???

Don't know for sure. I know the 2 mounts fit the factory bumper bolt holes on my 87's radiator support. It should be the same on your 95. It's not a perfect fit though and it does hang a bit low on my 87. My original idea when I got it was to fab this on an addicted offroad winch mount since they don't come with skid plates from addicted offroad. Again the problem is that I don't think this was meant for a yota, so it would probably need a few cuts and welds to be perfect.
