Arrow JDM TOYOTA MOMO STEERING WHEEL - Option part from here in Japan

This is one of the hardest parts to find over here in Japan, never was available in North America.

Can be used on any car or truck.

Thank you very much,

Chris in Nippon

Tempting but I'm thinking of going for a grant wood wheel...

If you want to go wood, I highly recommend MOMO or Nardi, I sell a lot of steering wheels and get to see them all really really well. I just don't think the quality of Grant compares but to each his own.

Also please note that this is a Vintage wheel from 1990 - Toyota dealer option MOMO wheel - very RARE and is not something you can buy over at the local chain auto parts store.

Good points I'm taking my truck to an almost all black interior and was thinking that the wood wheel would pick it out nicely...
the momo/nardi wheels I've seen all seem quite small diameter wise and I can get the grant in a 14.75" dia. which is just slightly larger than the stock size... and I prefer a large wheel...
of course if I were to go with the wood inlay dash from... whathisname here then I'd have a heck of a time matching the colours...
still not sure what I intend to do any thoughts?

I do like that wheel of yours though...

I can not think of many other options for a wood wheel - Nardi and Momo make some larger ones - like the larger 39cm Nardi Classic wheel - unfortunately those are fairly expensive from what I have seen.

I had one more quick thought. Do you have an airbag? If so please consider not changing your wheel unless you find a wood airbag wheel from Japan or Europe that works in your truck. I was going to swap out my wheel awhile backand sat down and rethunk it. I decided to keep the airbag afterall for safety reasons.

I hope you find something nice, I occasionally have some nice wood wheels from here in Japan.

No airbag... thank smurf... sitting in a seat with an explosive device pointed at my face is not high on my list of fav. things... I was in a yard today and saw a mercedes with the drivers airbag blown and no visible major front or rear damage...
**note this yard does not "blow airbags" for safety most cars had intact set ups...
I hate the fool things, you're better off just wearing your seatbelt IMO.

LOL, I hear ya, but I am still leaving my explosive device pointed at me, I trust Toyota did it better than Mercedes. I have heard stories both ways but I always have the belt on too. You always hear about the guy that was thrown from the truck prior to something even more horrible happening - I am like you will keep the belt on, plus it's the law.

Check out the steering wheels people - and check my other items from here in Japan. More going up mid-week.

Still thinking about tossing a bid in... what's the "dish" on it? It looks really flat. Any idea how much extra "reach" is added by the momo mount?

edit: never mind just talked to momo and the reach added is reported to be about 3".
