Hella HID lights

I have a set of Hella hid offroad lights never been installed in a vehicle. I got these only to test current draw. I belive they are the pencil beam pattern. These lights are in brand new condition. I am missing one of the ballast covers. I have the wiring and instruction, seen these lights sell for $600 each How about 600 for both or best offer.

the light sat on the shelf in the box for a 6 months, I opened them up to see if I wanted to put them on my t-100 and saw that one of the plastic ballast covers was not in the box.
