FS 1990 V6 4Runner 4x4, Baltimore area

Okay, I really don't want to but I think at this point The Porkchop Express won't be getting fixed. Payment from the Taco is just eating up all my money.

1990 4Runner V6 4x4, 189XXX miles, auto trans, SR5, parked a year ago this month.

The good:

I did new front wheel bearings with rebuilt Aisin manual hubs with gear I purchased from Wabfab (thanks, Wabbit!).
All accesory belts were replaced at the time I did the fan clutch, November/December '07.
A rebuilt power steering pump with new return (low pressure) lines was installed in Jan/Feb 08, less than a week or so before the freeze plugs blew.
All fender rot was cut out, cleaned, and repaired, with a thread here documenting. I will edit the post to add the thread.
The starter contacts were replaced (by me) the same weekend I rebuilt the hubs.
The plugs, igniter and coil were replaced around that time as well (summer '07).

The bad:

According to my mechanic, it blew the freeze plugs. This happened about Feb 08. Given the cost of repair, I chose instead to park it on my street and deal with it in a couple months. Things happened, and I couldn't afford the repairs. I had an estimate from a semi-local shop of doing the work, along with flushing the whole system (brakes, cooling, oil, etc) for about $800.

Instead, I chose to sell my other project, a 1991 BMW 525i and dump the proceeds into an 04 Tacoma TRD. This means I cant afford the Porkchop and will greatly miss her.

I will be including a pair of Marlin Off Road tube steel sliders with the purchase of the truck I bought from Keggo here, and never got around to mounting on the truck. They're too short for my Taco.

I ran RG6 coaxial to the rear in anticipation of mounting a Firestick or similar on the swing-away carrier.

I will be reinstalling the factory tape deck.

The truck was never wheeled hard, (if you don't count mud in construction sites and farms) and was a second vehicle for a while. I purchased it with 151K or so miles.

I don't want to get rid of the truck, but I need the money. It is a perfect candidate for a 5VZE or other motor.

$1100 and its yours.

Bumping because its still up for sale.

According to everything I've read and heard, the repair to the hose/freeze plugs is not that bad- depending on your agility you may or may not have to hoist the engine to get to it. In any event, I need to get rid of the truck by next week. I really need the cash right now. Help a fellow Yotatech'er out (and his Tacoma ) with his money problems!

Steve

Are you a cable guy? LOL I don't think I've ever heard a common person use the term "RG6" before. I was an installation tech before I got canned for mentioning unionization :O Anyway, hope you get this baby sold! I miss mine dearly... just keep that in mind. At least you still have a Taco I suppose.

You know, this would be a perfect candidate for a SAS swap or 3.4 swap!
