Feeler: 90 Xtra Cab V6 4WD Auto

Well, I may be parting ways with my 90 Pickup, and I was just curious what people would pay. With the right offer, I'd sell haha.

ok, here are the specs:

1990 Toyota Xtra Cab Pickup DLX V6 Auto 4wd.

202,xxx Miles
A/C
Manual Hubs
Dark Blue with Blue interior (I have all the stuff to convert it to gray)
4.56 gears swapped (the rear end needs work, I would throw in a good diff with a purchase though)

A little history:
I bought this truck used in April of 2006 with 181,000 miles on it. I purchased it with a reconstructed title for $3500. Since that time, I have put at least that much into the truck, but as we all know, that doesn't really matter to the buyer. The frame was bent, but I had it straightened in the fall of 2007. the truck does NOT wear tires funny, but still has a slight shimmy, even with new suspension (springs and shocks), and the idler arm replaced.

Oddly enough, everything is in spec, and I haven't been able to track down the source of the shimmy. So, I bought a parts truck in May of 2008, with a good frame I intend (or intended, depends haha) to swap under it, along with a gray interior. As mentioned, the 4.56 gears were already swapped. The engine is strong, and runs well, but leaks a considerable amount of oil (about 1 quart every 1000 miles). It doesn't seem to burn it. The auto shifts well and the 4WD works flawlessly.

Since I have owned the truck, I have done the timing belt, transmission flush, regular oil changes, did a wheel bearing, new Denso alternator, starter, and some other misc work.

The Bad: The title brand, Power steering pump is on the way out, leaks oil, and the left rear window latch is broken. The bed is a little fubarred. It has accordion style dents down each side from the impact of the accident that totaled it (hit in the right rear). I had the rear end of the bed fixed up a little, and the whole rear end of the truck re-sprayed. Since then, the seam on the roll pan, as it did before I got it all fixed, has split again. Also, the clear coat on the bed is peeling a little on both sides. If you can deal with it not being cosmetically pretty, it is in otherwise good shape.

The Good: Body is clean, no rust, and looks great all shined up. Engine is very reliable, and a lot of parts have been replaced already.

Now, here's the thing; Do I fix everything I can and then sell it, or sell it with the spare parts as-is? On a good 2 weekends, I think I could swap in the new frame. On a third weekend, I could swap out the interior, and a 4th, detail it perfectly. Or, do I sell it as-is, with all the parts that I've accumulated, and let someone else do the work?

I would want, at a minimum, $3000ish. No matter the selling price, I am suffering a substantial loss of cash, but it's one of those deals where I want a different kind of vehicle, not two of the same. I would like to keep my 89 simply because I want to make it into a one-off truck. Very few standard cab 3rd gen SR5 trucks were ever produced, and I'd like one for rare's sake. That and a moderately easy 7M-GTE swap would be pretty cool.
