FS[MidAtl]: Weber 32/36 for a 22R

Weber 32/36 for a 22R
I recently bumped up to a Weber 38 (My engine needed more fuel) so I'm selling my old Weber 32/36 Carb off of my 22R. I'll let it go for $210 shipped (Continental US only) or best offer but be reasonable - this isn't a worn out piece of junk. It comes as a complete kit with everything needed to install:
I had this carb on my 1983 Pickup for exactly 2,949 miles before I rebuilt the engine and restored the truck and for exactly 1,685 miles afterwards - EXACTLY 4,634 miles total. In case you haven't visited my build thread, I take VERY good care of my truck and I keep VERY good records (see photo below). The carb ran as it should, but due to my engine and exhaust upgrades, my engine demanded more fuel so I decided to go with the 38. Before my rebuild this carb had me averaging around 20 mpg on a very worn out engine (up from about 13 mpg with the Aisin carb) and after my rebuild I was getting around 22-23 mpg which is very good considering the engine is mildly to moderately built.
Here's my maintenance log showing the mileage on the carb
I will post pictures of the actual uninstalled carb later, but for now here are some installed pictures so you can get the idea of the condition.
These were taken during the engine rebuild and truck restoration:
And this one was taken on July 3, 2015:
And a video of the carb when I was breaking in my rebuilt engine (don't pay attention to the obnoxious mechanical fuel pump "tick"):
And the first test drive:
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking!
- Carb
- Air cleaner
- Brand new electric choke (I transfered the manual choke from the 32/36 to the new 38 and the 32/36 got the electric choke from the 38)
- Brand new Weber to 22R manifold adapter plates and gaskets - I run a LCE spiral adapter so I'm selling the 38 adapter plates and gaskets (which are the same for the 32/36) with this carb
- Brand new mounting hardware.
- Brand new PCV manifold plate and hose barb
- Throttle linkage
- Throttle linkage spacers
- Comes with factory Weber Jetting
- And if I dis deep enough, I may be able to find the instructions
