HAND TOOL-10, 12 and 14 MM craftsman gear wrenchs everyone should buy a set they are the and save countless hours.

Power tool-Makita CORDED drill and MILWALKIE CORDLESS 18 Volt Drill(dont get a makita unless its corded they are junk)

My Harbor Freight 1/2" earthquake impact gun would be my favorite power tool.

Hand tool would be my mini sledge and vice grips. Works wonders.
