New Tool Box!

Well after much debate, I finally chose and finally got my box!(after a month of waiting). It is the 54" double bank classic series in electric orange, VERY nice box.

I hear a lot of people saying "just get a craftsman, they are good enough" well they are wrong. I have a 10 year old craftsman sitting in the corner(now) and the drawers cannot hold any weights at all, they get to be impossible to open, not to mention the box itself is falling apart. I saw this as a lifetime investment, because it only needs to be bought once, and it will always be there working. The drawers are so much smoother and stronger than anything else you can buy it is simply unbelievable, awesome box, nothing but praise from me about it!

Incredible Quality it looks like. I wish I could afford it. Can you get a better price than the $3795.00 they are asking for on the website? I mean that beauty cost more than my 4runner. I can see that happening...what you said about the Craftsmen. I want to put heavy stuff in those larger bottom drawers. I was hoping more like $1379.00 though. That is almost 2 weeks take home after taxes and insurance.

Maybe, you'll have to talk to the local snap-on guy about that one. But ordering from the website they are pretty strict. And I feel ya on the whole I could buy another vehicle, but I'm off to diesel school soon, so I felt it was due sometime, so I bought one now so I never would have to again.....but even for a home mechanic, if you like tools you'll like this box, the bigger drawers are holding impact wrenches, drills, etc. Try to look at one at a local shop to decide for yourself! Also, snap on does offer the heritage series, same quality just not as deep, look into those too.

those boxes are awesome. you can load them down with so much crap you can hardly pull the drawers and they take it all without a hiccup.

i worked in a motorcycle shop for a while and the owner had two of those, a bit older though. still were perfect.

i want a big box like that - having enough room to arrange wrenches like that would kick ass.
