DAM HOES!!
That doesnt seem like a problem unless you are gonna be doing a lot of air tool work with an impact gun or filling up lots of tires at once. Why not get another 25ft extension of 1/4"?

Ha, I didn't realize I spelled hose wrong.
What I have seems to work fine. It's a vinyl hose and seems kind of stiff. The 50 footer I was looking at is rubber and feels a litle more pliable. The biggest thing I'll be doing with an impact is lug nuts. |

Larger hose diameter is needed for some larger tools. I run 1/2" air line as the main then drop down to 3/8s for most of my stuff, but the 1000ft/lb impact needs the full 1/2" airline to do its thing.

I have had issues trying to use tools like impacts or air hammers with small hoses. Larger hose = more CFM. Even small and cheap air tools like easily available CFM.
