The Lariat SL RockyMounts bike trays are great. I ordered up a couple to fit on my existing Thule rack. They fit perfectly and work really well. I had the chance to take them "off-roading" for their maiden voyage, and they held the bikes in place really well. The bikes got jostled around pretty good up there- against my better judgment. I didn't have much of a choice though, as I got into the woods pretty deep.
Wind noise is non-existent with the Thule fairing in place. I scored these from ORS for $130/pair shipped with 2 lock cores. They arrived in 5 business days. http://www.rockymounts.com has more information about the actual trays. Why spend a small fortune on Thule (or Yakima) trays when you get these for significantly less? ![]() Last edited by <96 Runner> : 05-09-2005 at 07:45 PM. |

I saw those on ORSdirect too but wasn't sure about the quality since they're so much cheaper than others I've seen.
Thanks for the update. ![]()
