The housings are not real projectors.They just come with a glass lens that throws a terrible beam pattern. I used this other build as a guide and I cut my housings the same way

It looks like there is enough space to stuff a trs projector in a 94 4runner housing. Anybody do this yet? I want to retrofit a projector, but i might have to retrofit my front end for it lol.
