I looked for a thread but did not fine one...if there is one, please merge mods.
If all transactions of my business were with as pleasant a customer as Charles...business life would be grand...not perfect, but grand.  Even with some difficulty in communication between us about shocks, which we have since straightened out, things just went superbly. All my customers I strive to get to know and 99.9% of my dealings with customers have been pleasant...but Charles is in a first class row all by himself. Top notch customer and person in my book!  Thank you Charles!
