The Pack Your Stuff Tour

Went on a litlte substitute trip since GSMTR was cancelled. A few of us over on mud made our own version of the ulitmate adventure. Our version is a little different since we did actually wheel. We hit three parks for the week in MO. Waa, Flat Nasty, and SMORR.

Waa was nice. Camping at flat nasty was top notch but the facilities as SMORR was key. We did get off to a very very bad start with the owner of SMORR. He is pretty tough over the phone but caves in easily in person. Owner of flat nasty is very cool. Owner of waa was also very nice. He wound up pulling two of the three tow rigs out of the camp ground with his tractor when we got hit with rain.

Trails were a little confusing a Waa. We had someone with us that was familiar with the park which helped alot. There was some quads and bikes that got lost. Trail marking at Flat Nasty and SMORR was outstanding. This might not be new to some of you in the area but up around the cliff up by chicago and the badlands in attica, IN trail marking is near to non existent and maps are useless

We had contacted each of the parks well before the trip started and even the week before we started the trip. Everything went well but 15minutes from SMORR the own then decides to tell us that there is an event and cost is alot more than what he told us initially. Then he gets mad at us for being pisssed and tells us the event was on his website. Well on the website his event section is not available. His event was a bust anyways so no big deal. I guess he didnt want to turn away 7 other rigs either.

My truck did very well for the 1000mi pack your stuff tour. Drove it the entire trip on 35 trxus mts 4.10 gearing with the 3.4 and 340h behind it. I do have the swap out the h to an f since the hydralic transfer is getting on my nerves. I averaged about 17 mpg doing 70mph. More pics will be posted when i get more of the pics from other people.

Here are a few pics that were taken but not by me.

Ah, a newbie. My bad.

GSMTR- Great Smokey Mountain Trail Right. Its a TLCA event for the east coast. It pretty big. It would have been my first time going but didnt happen.

TLCA-Toyota Land Cruiser Association

SMORR- Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch

Waa - should be Waa. ITS A REAL PARK!!!! Pronounce Wa-shee-ta, its very pathetic that we have mods that dont know how to use google

Waa is located in Farmington, MO

Seriously you guys are getting a little caried away with the editiing. I understand this is suppose to be work and family friendly but is the forum located in Cuba???

Here is the link to the Park in Farminton MO that is banned for whatever reason on this forum.

I have no idea what this park did to yotatech, but the owner was pretty nice to us
