Mid St. Vrain

Went wheeling with a couple buddies this last Saturday. There was 6 of us, 3 dogs, and 2 vehicles. Just a little Samurai on bald 29's, and my buddies old FJ with 35's and a 5.3L Chevy.

It was the Cruisers first time out really. My friend had just gotten everything put back in the interior on Friday. When we stopped at Glacier View Ranch to pick up the Samurai, the FJ sputtered to a stop right as we pulled in and wouldn't restart. One of the camp directors suggested it was hydrolocked and to just let it set for about 20 minutes. So we did, and she started right up like a charm. But going up the trail she kept puttering to a stop every so often which made the going even slower.

Anyways, onto the picks. They aren't really in any particular order, photobucket kinda messed them up after uploading

Thanks guys. I forgot the worst pic of the trip though. . .

. . .getting towed the last 5 or so miles home by the Samurai . My buddy had a short in one of the wires for his fuel pump. We were able to wiggle and maneuver the wire enough to get us down the rest of the trail and down the mountain, but shortly after she died completely. The only way the little 1.3L Samurai could tow us was in 4low lol. Goodtimes. . .
