Alittle wheeling on Lake Tahoe side of Rubicon (up to lake Miller)

The wife and I spent the weekend up at Lake Tahoe. We took a little trip up the Rubicon trail to see how far we could go before we reach the hard stuff or to much snow. Well we made it up to Miller or Lilly not sure which lake before the snow got to deep. And being alone I wasn't going to push it. Here are some pics.

With pictures like that I can only imagine the views. I wouldn't get any wheeling done since I'd be walking around the trees in a state of stupid bliss.

Great pics and nice rig!! Oh and I LOVE the license plate!

Man, you're brave to go out there alone and without a winch. I guess the conditions weren't too bad, though. Looks fun.

That's why I didn't push it when the snow got to deep. And I do have a high lift jack and recovery stuff with me, i.e. chain, shovel, straps ect.. But your right, I and my wife where thinking about it. She said to me just before we turned around that, She didn't want to be one of the people you see on TV that had gotten stuck in the woods.
