99 4runner sat idle for a couple months. now it won't start. cranks over fine. i can spray alittle starting fluid past the thottle body and it runs. can't here the fuel pump run. i get power to the pump relay when i stick the key in the ignition. on the load and control side of the relay. a ground, from the computer, on the control side should activate the pump relay. so the computer is not turning the pump on. shouldn't the pump run for at least a second when the key is turned on? i even jumpered the relay to get the pump to run. with the pump on, motor still won't start.
