Body lift?

I really want to start with a 2' body lift from 4crawler then get a sonoran 1.2 system. I am about to order my body lift and I know I can do it my self but my only question is how do I lift the body to get the spacers and bolts in for the lift? If any one has done this it would be much appreciated for the help!
