Pulse air system help

So I decided to swap my 22r to propane with a kit from GotPropane. Of course I tried to check local laws (I live in SLC) to make sure it would still be street legal when finished. But as you know everytime one uncover a law there are 14 hidden beneath it. So long story short I now need to add a pulse air system to my truck to get it to pass emissions (and have no idea what this entails). I ripped everything emissions related off the engine when I rebuilt it and so have to start from scratch (County Air Quality Control told me all I needed was a cat with my year truck). I looking for a diagram or an explaination of the system so that maybe I can design my own? or put back only what I need to. I'm hoping that I don't have to put everything back on. To be honest I don't know much about engines and I am kind of using this truck to learn more about them in general. Any help would be great. Thanks.
