Purchased a new Toy

I picked up this a 1990 RHD Landcruiser VX today. The previous owner was a kid who played with it, but didn't maintain it, so it's got a lot of little things that need work.



This is the "Bedcruiser" Model, so it has a fold out bed in the back, a sink, and a stove. I haul too much stuff in my truck so this stuff will probably go.

It comes with the center diff lock, a rear ladder, a cooler in the center console, and all kids of other neat things that were included with Landcruisers of this year.

Purchase price was $3500 so I think I did alright.

It has a number of issues including:
Broken antenna
Soft Brakes
No brake lights, no headlights, lots of lights not working.
The rear Door shocks need replacing.
The front carpet is badly worn
A bent up front bumper
The Offroad lights don't work
The Radiator has a leak
It's missing a mudflap
The stereo only plays tapes, and the radio is set to Japanese frequencies
The driver's side door won't open
One tire is bald, The spare is flat
The Front right spring is sprung


While there are a few big issues, most of them are cheap fixes. I look forward to playing with this truck.
