The lift is complete.... sort of...

So, after a grueling night of installing the lift kit for my Landcruiser and troubleshooting a few issues, my husband is layed out on the couch totally dead to the world. He is bushed!

After installing the Old Man Emu lift kit so we could fit these 32x12.5r15's on my rig that everyone said would fit.

They fit, but barely. They didn't clear the back brakes so my husband had to grind down the brakes this morning after spending all night beating himself up installing the kit......

93 3.0 v6 # 1&@ cylender 15psi. compression!!!

I started of with short block and built there up heads checked and valves lapped the #1 and 2 cylinder has 15 psi. compression the rest are about 150psi. what could it be it is strange them being directly across... I did shim the valves on build could that be the problem them out? what test can I do to find out

95 4runner solid axle swap suspention

so i have a 95 4runner and i want to do a solid axle swap but don't know were to find a lift the size i want i want an 8" lift would i be better off to do a frame swap or a custom frame?

3.0 not running right

i recently did a frame swap on my 89 toyota ex cab pickup engine has 80,000 miles on it ran great when i took out of old frame put engine in new frame idles great when i give it gas it chokes out i try to drive it but it sputters alot when i pull over and let engine come downto idle in neutral drives fine after that for hours but if i shut the truck off the problem starts all over again . i was wondering if any body had any ideas as to what could be causeing this
