need help

i have a 22re that boggs out until 3500rpm and then comes alive. ive replaced the mass air flow sensor, ive changed the fuel filter, cleaned the air cleaner, took the wireing harness half way out and checked it for bear wires and i still have the same issue. it keeps throwing engine codes that say the vaccume switch is bad and the maf sensor is bad. any ideas?
