I don't think you'll need that much, my 85 came with 1st/ 2nd gen alloys and just used the universal type 1/2" spacer, the kind that is basically a huge washer with lots of different holes for different bolt patterns. I plan to go 1" from Marlin, if I can ever get my honey-do's beat down far enough to get back to it.
