I’m thinking the smoke is from bad valve seals. When I pulled the plugs off I had a few questionable plugs. (Some what loose and dirty). I did replace the plugs and changed the oil and filter. It seems like it did smooth out a lot. I’m hoping the head gasket is okay.

There is often condensation inside the crankcase that appears when the engine cools down. You often see it on the inside of the oil filler cap too. Nothing to worry about usually. The biggest indicators of a headgasket failure would be oil in the coolant or vice versa (which often looks like a thick milkshake when driven). Also coolant getting into the combustion chamber will make the plug look clean or may have white crust compared to the others which should be a light tan color if combusting properly. The smoke you saw is likely from bad valve seals but it would be tough to say for sure without actually tearing the motor down.
