Loose the t-Bar lift, get balljoint spacers, loose the blocks and go with an AAL (add a leaf). Add the body list and you'll be good to go. It will ride 100 times better than how it is now.

The track will be wider with the long tavel kits - that's how they get the increased travel. If you want strength, you should swap a solid axle under it like your TJ had. the ride won't be as bad as the TJ because the wheelbase is longer on the truck. The short arms on the TJ make the ride brutal if lifted much.

Marlin and All Pro have kits for solid axle swaps using leaf springs. These will give you plenty of strength. They probably end up costing the same as the long travel kits if you do the work yourself.
